2019 World Cup ended up with many controversies including 6 overthrow runs awarded by umpires during the final as Stokes and Adil Rashid were returning for their second run when the overthrow was made. Umpire Kumar Dharmasena 1st time break his silence, and said I agree that there was a judgmental error. But, I will never regret the decision I made. Beside the ICC praised me for the decision I made at that time.
