The US threatened to utilise all available resources to designate Pak based JeM terrorist Masood Azhar as a 'global terrorist' & blacklist him. China criticised & lashed out at the US for doing so & said their move is complicating the issue & not conducive to peace & stability in South Asia. China also said it adopted a constructive & reasonable stand on the issue to resolve it; making positive results which the US knows.
