WhatsApp may ban you because of these apps

WhatsApp has made an announcement that it is "temporarily banning" users who are using WhatsApp through third-party apps like GB WhatsApp, YO WhatsApp, WhatsApp Plus, BSEWhatsApp etc. As per WhatsApp, these are illegal apps developed by third parties that violate the service terms of WhatsApp. Users have to switch to the official app and also take a back-up of their chats otherwise a permanent ban awaits them.
