Using Prithvi Shaw's name without permission created legal issue for Swiggy and FreeCharge

Cricketer Prithvi Shaw has become famous after he became the youngest Indian to score a tonne in his debut. His marketing firm, Baseline Venture, has sued Swiggy, a food delivery website and FreeCharge, an e-commerce website, for using his name in their tweets without authorization and has asked each of the websites to pay Rs 1 crore as compensation. Swiggy has also confirmed the news of receiving the legal notice.
