If you have nothing to hide then why fear, asks US senator after being denied permission to visit Kashmir

In order to assess the ground situations in Kashmir, US senator Chris Van Hollen tried seeking permission from the Indian authorities. But he was denied permission. He further added that the Indian Government told him that it is not a suitable time to visit Kashmir. Hollen believes that the Indian Government is ignoring Kashmir and asks if they are not hiding anything then why aren't they allowing any visitors.
