2 US military men have sued the US Military for firing them after they were found HIV-Positive, but their appeals were denied even though their health reports said that they are fit for their job. A staff sergeant and a senior airman got their discharge notifications just before Thanksgiving. They were diagnosed with this last year during a regular checkup. “These decisions should be based on science, not stigma,” their lawyer said.
