15 years ago the US identified the training camp of the major terrorist group led by JeM in Pakistan's Balakot. It found a mention in a purported secret US defence department file leaked by WikiLeaks. The 2004 document signed by Major General Geoffrey Miller of the US army mentioned about a Pakistani national Hafez K Rahman, a 20 yr old Pakistani turned out to be jihadi & received training in the Balakot camp.
