US allows India and 7 other nations to buy oil from Iran

India along with 7 other nations have been granted permission by the US to buy oil from Iran, after it will reimpose sanctions on the OPEC producer on Nov. 5. Countries other than India includes Japan, South Korea, and China that are allowed to continue buying oil from Iran while other 4 countries are still to be identified. Waivers by Trump's administration are being given so that the prices of oil should not rise.
