India was waiting for fugitive Vijay Mallya to return to India from a long time and now it seems like the time is near when he'll touch his homeland. This is because the UK Home Secretary Sajid Javid approved liquor businessman Vijay Mallya's extradition order, on Monday. The Secretary of State has considered all relevant matters before signing the extradition orders. He now has just 14 days to appeal to UK High Court.
