Tesla buys machine-learning startup for self-driving car tech

Tesla has big plans ahead as according to the latest reports, it has fully acquired a tech startup company named DeepScale. The startup is working on computer vision and not on lidar, which many companies and automakers are using to give their self-driving car prototypes eyesight. If all goes as per plan, Tesla is looking to create a 1 million-strong test network for robotaxis on the road by the end of 2020.
