Singapore Airlines’ Airbus A350-900 ULR took-off today. It is a non-stop flight from Singapore to New York which will complete its journey in record-breaking 19 hours. Until October 18, till the time another Airbus flight will join the fleet, the airlines will run the flights 3 times a week from Singapore to NY. Qatar Airways held the record for the world's longest non-stop flight of 17 hour 40 min from Doha to Auckland.
