SC to Rajasthan govt.: Have people become Hanuman and running away with the hills?

A case was being heard by SC related to the illegal minings in Aravalli. During which the Rajasthan Govt. told the court that 28 out of 138 hills in Aravalli region near Delhi border have vanished. Not convinced with the answer the court asked the govt if people became Hanuman and ran away with the hills. The Apex Court ordered the govt to stop all illegal mining in Aravalli hills within 48 hours.
