RTI questions on number of deaths due to demonetisation: PMO says no Info

In Nov 2016, PM Modi brought about demonetisation & there were reports about few deaths across the country. The then FM Arun Jaitley had replied that 3 SBI officials & one of its customers had died due to note ban. An RTI application was filed seeking the count of deaths but there was no response from the PMO within 30 days. Further CIC was approached to impose a penalty. The PMO responded that they have no such information.
