Plea moved to High court on behalf of Shah Faesal after detention at Delhi airport

After alleging that former IAS officer Shah Faesal was illegally detained at the New Delhi IGI Airport on August 14 and taken back to Srinagar, a plea was moved to the Delhi High court on Monday. The matter has been moved for further hearing on August 23. Faesal was supposed to go to Harvard University in the US for higher studies when he was 'illegally' detained at the New Delhi airport under the Public Safety Act.
