Pak Govt didn't ban the JuD & FIF, but kept under watch, Feb 21 announcement to fool the world

As per the Pak government's NCTA, the two organisations 'JuD & FIF' are updated to the list of groups under watch. They had announced on Feb 21 to ban the JuD & FIF but it seems that was just an eyewash to the world. They lied about the ban & just altered the date of a watchlist to fool the world. The JuD is believed to be the front organisation for LeT that is responsible for the Mumbai 26/11 terror attack.
