Only 60% Lunar Missions stood successful in last 60 years: NASA

According to the "Moon fact sheet" of NASA, during the last 60 years, the success rate of lunar missions worldwide has been only 60%. Out of 109 missions, 61 were successful while 48 were unsuccessful. From 1958 to 2019 many countries, including India, launched their lunar mission but only some were successful. 1st lunar mission by USSR in 1958 named Pioneer 0 was unsuccessful. Chandrayaan 2's lander also lost communication.
