After there were changes in tax rules last year that removed a penalty for not having health insurance, the Texas Court has now called a key part of the Affordable Care Act (also known as Obamacare) as unconstitutional. An alliance of 20 states debated that the entire law had been nullified. This case will now most probably be handled by the US Supreme Court and also Trump has assured to dismantle the law.
