Residential properties that are being misused for commercial purposes are getting sealed and to fasten up the process of sealing the SC has favoured the idea of sealing them without sending notice in advance so that the premises could be sealed within 2 days. The offenders will just be given 48 hours to show sanction has been granted from authorities for commercial operations. Whereas DDA and centre oppose the decision.
