"No Caste, No Religion" Certificate- First of its Kind given to a TN Woman

It's hard to believe but it's true. Its the first time ever a 35-year old woman has been issued a "no caste, no religion" certificate in Tamil Nadu. It is official for MA Sneha, who has been trying to get this certificate from 2010. All her certificates are blank against caste & religion and mention her only as an Indian. She stood firm that people who don't believe in caste & religion should have certificates.
