No Ola and Uber driver can now cancel your ride as it can cause them heavy loss. According to the new rules, Ola and Uber drivers now cannot cancel rides or else they will face the fine of Rs 25,000. Caring about the safety of passengers, policy also states that the company will have to file a case if there is a complaint of misconduct or molestation and if they fail to do so fine of Rs 1 lakh will be imposed on them.
