NDA Govt. submits price details on Rafale deal in SC

After being ordered by the Supreme Court, the NDA Government on Monday submits an affidavit in relation to the Rafale deal. The sealed cover contains a brief summary of the procurement procedure of the deal. Along with this 9-page affidavit, it also submitted details on the pricing of the deal, which was being asked by the SC. The Center said that the procurement process was as per the Defence Procurement Procedure-2013.
