A National Conference team led by the party's Jammu provincial chief Davinder Singh Rana met Farooq Abdullah and Omar Abdullah in Srinagar. It’s the first such meeting between Omar and any party delegation following his detention since August 5. Davinder Singh Rana said political detenues, be it mainstream political parties or who have no criminal record, may be released to revive democracy in Jammu & Kashmir.
