Robert Mueller has been investigating for 2 years over alleged collusion between the Trump campaign & Russia. He examined whether Trump committed obstruction of justice to curtail FBI investigation in the connection between his campaign & Russians. His report neither concludes that Trump committed a crime nor exonerated him. They didn't find any conspiracy during the 2016 elections or any kind of obstruction to justice.
