Microsoft reveals Hackers accessed its web-based email services

The software giant Microsoft discovered that a support agent's credentials were compromised for its webmail service, allowing unauthorized access to some accounts between Jan 1st & Mar 28th, 2019. Hackers could have viewed account email addresses, folder names, & subject lines of emails but not attachments or email contents. They recommend affected users change passwords regardless. It's still not know how the breach occurred.
