J&K governor responds to Rahul Gandhi's 'many' conditions

Governor of Jammu and Kashmir Satya Pal Malik asked the administration to examine if there is a possibility to accept Rahul Gandhi's request via Twitter to visit the state. However, Malik's office also has also made it clear that it believed that Gandhi had also imposed too many conditions. The former Congress President surprised all when he took up Malik on his invitation to visit the state to see the situation for himself.
