JeM Commander Nisar Ahmed Tantray confirms: 'Knew about the Pulwama attack'

Nisar Ahmed Tantray, the brother of slain JeM leader Noor Ahmed Tantray, who fled from India & deported from the UAE to India, has disclosed that he knew about the Feb 14 Pulwama attacks. The key conspirator Mudassir Khan asked him to participate in the attack planned at the instructions of JeM's leadership in Pak. He also told Khan had called him via social media app but denied his involvement in the attacks.
