Japanese government to hack citizens for a survey

The Japanese government is all set to hack all internet connected devices of all the citizens for a survey. This is one of a kind nationwide survey approved by the government to improve cybersecurity. All devices in homes or offices will be accessed that uses a common password like "abcd", "1234" or "admin". If they could breach successfully, then the users shall be notified to improve their security measures.
