Its a victory! Rajya Sabha too passes 10% reservation bill

Yesterday, the Lok Sabha passed a bill to provide the economically weak section of the country with 10% reservation in education and government jobs. Most of the parties have been supporting the bill but the opposition is calling it a pre-poll stunt of Modi. After the bill got approved by the LS, it today entered the Rajya Sabha which too has passed the bill with 149 members in favour and 7 against.
