It was not me, says Virginia Governor on the yearbook photo scandal

Ralph Northam, the Governor of Virginia has been pressurized to give his resignation owing to the offensive photo from his yearbook. He did apologise when the photos surfaced up. But, now in a turn of events, Ralph says that he wore blackface for another occasion & denied being in the scandalous yearbook. He says it must be difficult to believe but he can't remember the photo being clicked and so he is not in the photo.
