In a recent interview with Rajdeep Sardesai, Deepika goes back to the time when she was suffering from depression and said There is this perception that if you have everything - fame, money, family - why should one be depressed. It is important to understand what depression is and why it happens and could happen to anyone at any point of time. It's something that came on very unexpectedly, she added.
