Amritsar saw a terror-full Sunday after 2 people came on a bike and attacked the Nirankari Bhawan there. They threw a grenade and started firing, leaving 3 dead and many injured. One of the 2 was arrested and has confessed how they carried out the whole plan. Bikramjit Singh said that Pakistan's ISI, backed by Khalistan, gave them guns and ammunition for the blast. He said they also instructed them to carry out the attack.
