For the first time in 82 years, Indian players have been sent back from an abroad tour. KL Rahul and Hardik Pandya who are recently surrounded by controversy over their comments on Koffee with Karan episode were sent back to India from ongoing Australia tour. Back in 1936, Lala Amarnath was sent back from India's tour of England for alleged insubordination during the game. This is the first time the board has taken such a bold step.
