J&K's 92% remains free of regulations since Article 370 was rendered immobile, India claimed to combat the propaganda of Pakistan. This came after India was targeted for "human rights condition" by UN OHCHR Michelle Bachelet. "Out of the 199 police stations, 188 are free. The most significant right of man is the right to life. People's safety is the state's most important concern," said the official Indian tweet.
