After suffering the ban for four years now, S Sreesanth on Friday told the Supreme Court that the punishment of life ban is too harsh as he has offers to play English County matches. Considering other spot-fixing scandals, Sree said If the ban on Mohammad Azharuddin, accused of a match-fixing scandal of 2000, can be reversed then why can't his life ban can be set aside. The bench will hear the matter in 3rd week of January.
