The day after stepping down from the role of a mentor from Kings XI Punjab, Virender Sehwag, came up to reveal the reason behind it. It was the decision of the KXIP management and I had no role in the decision-making process, said Sehwag. I got an email from the team management that they do not want a team ambassador and a mentor, he added. He also clarifies that incident with Preity had anything to do with my exit.
