I am helpless, says Judge after acquittal of 22 accused in Sohrabuddin encounter case

All 22 accused were acquitted in the Sohrabuddin Sheikh alleged fake encounter case today. Following which CBI judge SJ Sharma who pronounced the judgement said that he is helpless as 210 witnesses were brought but satisfactory evidence didn't come and witnesses turned hostile which is not the prosecutor's fault. CBI had claimed that Sohrabuddin along with his wife Kausar Bi and Prajapati were abducted by Gujarat Police.
