HD Kumaraswamy refuses to apologize over 'shootout' call

State BJP President B S Yeddyurappa has asked the Karnataka CM HD Kumaraswamy to apologize to the people of the state for his leaked recording in which he ordered to kill the murderers of a local leader of the Janata Dal. But the CM has refused to apologize saying 'it is not a big issue'. "I have clarified that I was emotional at that time." He said when 2 farmers were shot dead by police 'was it not a big issue?'
