HackerOne reveals 100% growth of hacker, earns $19 million in bug bounties

Hacker powered security platform 'HackerOne' revealed that it earned $19 million in bounties in 2018. 50% of Hackers reside in India, US, Russia, Pakistan, & Britain; however, India & the US alone accounts for 30%. The hacker community has doubled over a year. Luke Tucker, Senior Director at HackerONe said the need of hackers is rising due to the increase in cyber attacks, companies too realize the need for online protection.
