Govt permits 10 central agencies to peep in your computer's data

Taking a big step, the Indian government has allowed 10 central agencies to track, monitor and intercept data on every computer across the nation. The Ministry of Home Affairs signed the order on Thursday for the first time to give the power to scan data on computers. Some of the listed agencies are ED, Central Board of Direct Taxes, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, CBI, NIA, R&AW, and the Delhi Police Commissioner.
