After the feeding frenzy of Amazon Prime Day, Google has now made its debut in shopping platform to tempt customers through personalized recommendations. The tool is currently live in the US and welcomes users by name, showing tailored suggestions when logged in with Google account. The tech giant doesn’t want to become a retailer, but the new shopping portal clearly puts Google in competition with Amazon.
