Congress president Rahul Gandhi's close aide and his Twitter account handler, Nikhil Alva has been accused of chasing and sending vulgar emails to a woman, who is his neighbour and filed a complaint against him. The lady also accused police of delaying actions against her complaint she filed on December 4th. Meanwhile, Alva has called the allegations false.
