French Mayor Issues 'Barking Ban' Followed by Villager's Complaints

A French Mayor has issued a decree banning dogs from excessive baking in his village; in order to control canine noise pollution. The ban is an outcome of day & night barking of dogs & creating an unbearable situation in the village. Monday onwards dog owners will have to pay a hefty fine of $77 for prolonged barking. However, this ban has been criticised by animal activists stating that the dog's freedom is restricted.
