Former Nissan Chairman charged for financial misconduct

Former Nissan chairperson Carlos Ghosn has been charged for financial misconduct for over a five-year period. He has been re-arrested for under-reporting his pay and will be in detention until 30th December. He was hailed as a hero for being the architect of the Renault-Nissan alliance till last month when he was arrested and sacked from his position for financial misconduct. He had denied the accusations previously.
