Athletics Integrity Unit has handed former 800m world champion Marina Arzamasova from Belarus a provisional suspension after she was tested positive for a banned substance. The 31-year-old middle-distance runner, who won the 800m gold at the 2015 Beijing World Championships, was tested positive for LGD-4033, a substance which has similar properties to anabolic steroids prohibited by the World Anti-Doping Agency.
