Forbes 1st ever List of Best Indian Banks: HDFC Tops; SBI not even in top 10

Forbes has compiled a list of the World's Best Bank 2019 for the first time ever, in terms of customer services & technological advancements. HDFC was ranked number 1, followed by ICICI, 3rd was DBS, 4th was Kotak Mahindra Bank, 5th was IDFC; however, SBI was not at all in top 10 & ranked 11th by customers. Syndicate bank, Allahabad bank, Vijaya bank& Axis bank were from 6th-10th respectively. Canara bank placed at 30th.
