For first time Britain's Air Force gets a Sikh and a Muslim 'padres'

Happening for the first time in the history of the British military, a Sikh and a Muslim chaplain have become part of the Royal Air Force Chaplain's Branch. The announcement came on Friday by the Ministry of Defense that Flight Lieutenant Mandeep Kaur has become the 1st Sikh chaplain and Flight Lieutenant Ali Omar has become the 1st ever Muslim chaplain. Mandeep was chasing this role since 2005, the Ministry said.
