Surrounded by controversies, Congress MP, Shashi Tharoor is all set to face criminal defamation case. The reason he is facing this case is he called PM Modi a Scorpio who seating on Shivling who can't be kept nor be removed. A criminal defamation case against him has been moved in Delhi HC. Going by the reports, the court has adjourned the hearing and fixed it for November 16. He was also alleged in a murder case by BJP.
