The decision came on late Wednesday to dissolve the State Legislative Assembly in Jammu and Kashmir, leads to early elections in the state. The decision was given by the Governor Satya Pal Malik after PDP's Mehbooba Mufti and PC's Sajjad Lone wrote a letter to him while staking claim to form the govt. Now the EC has said that elections in the state could be held in May, even before the parliament elections.
