Something like this is happening for the first time in Indian history that a deaf-mute candidate is contesting elections. Sudeep Shukla is standing in assembly elections from Madhya Pradesh and if he wins, he will be the first deaf-mute person to become an MLA in India. Also worked with Infosys, Sudeep was a software engineer but he resigned from his job for contesting in elections. Results will be declared on Dec 11.
