Faesal's custody was not unauthorised: J&K government to Delhi HC

The Jammu and Kashmir government told the Delhi High Court that bureaucrat-turned-politician Shah Faesal that his custody was not unauthorised and had been detained for trying to instigate people at the Srinagar airport against the “sovereignty and integrity of the country.” Faesal was detained at the Delhi airport and was sent back to Kashmir in a makeshift detention centre where he was held at a hotel in Srinigar.
